Who we are

This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website and services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

• Consultation requests. When you submit our consultation form, we receive the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, the service you're interested in, preferred times, and anything you write in the message field (including any skin or health details you choose to share). Form submissions are processed by our website host, Netlify.
• Online booking. Appointments scheduled through our online scheduler are processed by Acuity Scheduling (a Squarespace service) under their own privacy policy.
• Communications. If you call, text, email, or message us on social media, we keep the correspondence needed to respond and manage your appointments.
• Health information. Before treatment we ask about relevant health history to make sure permanent makeup is safe for you. This information is used only by your artist for safety purposes and is never used for marketing.
• Photos. Before-and-after photos are taken and shared only with your written consent.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) may be logged by our hosting provider for security and performance. We may also use analytics and advertising measurement tools (such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel) to understand how visitors find us and to measure our advertising. These tools use cookies or similar identifiers.

Cookies & embedded content

Our website itself does not set tracking cookies. However, some content on our pages is provided by third parties, and those services may set their own cookies when the content loads:

• Google Maps (location map)
• Google reviews, displayed via the Featurable widget
• Instagram feed, displayed via the Behold widget
• Acuity Scheduling (online booking)
• Cherry (payment plan estimator and financing applications)

We never sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may text you about your appointments (confirmations, reminders, aftercare follow-ups). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

Who we share information with

Only the service providers that make our business run: Netlify (website hosting and form processing), Acuity Scheduling/Squarespace (booking), Google (maps, fonts, reviews display), Behold (Instagram feed display), Cherry (if you choose to explore payment plans — financing applications are made directly with Cherry under their own privacy policy), and Meta (if you interact with our pages or ads). Each processes data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as needed to serve you, meet legal and insurance record-keeping requirements, and maintain business records.

Your choices & rights

You may contact us at any time to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we're legally required to keep). Age requirement

Our services and website are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Security
