Our commitment
Frenkel PMU House is committed to making our website usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
What we've done
- Semantic page structure with proper headings and landmarks
- A "skip to content" link on every page for keyboard and screen-reader users
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images, including our before-and-after gallery
- Keyboard-operable navigation, menus, and forms
- Form fields with visible labels and required-field indicators
- Text colors reviewed for sufficient contrast against their backgrounds
- Text that scales with your browser's zoom and font-size settings
Known limitations
Some content on our site is provided by third-party services — the online scheduler, the Google reviews widget, the Instagram feed, and the Google map. We don't control the accessibility of those embedded tools. If any of them gives you trouble, contact us directly and we'll gladly help you by phone, text, or email instead.
Booking without the website
