The procedure
A topical numbing gel is applied before and throughout the procedure. Most clients describe it as mild pressure, very tolerable. Your artist checks in with you throughout and can adjust comfort levels as needed. First-timers are often pleasantly surprised.
Plan for 2–3 hours for a full PMU session. This includes the consultation and design, numbing time, the procedure itself, and aftercare walkthrough. Lash lift and brow lamination appointments are typically 60–90 minutes.
Yes, a friend or family member is welcome to accompany you. For space reasons, we ask that only one guest joins you in the treatment room.
No work begins until you have seen and approved the design. We take time during the consultation to map your features, discuss options, and adjust until you're completely happy. We don't pick up a tool until you say yes.
Healing & results
Expect mild redness and tenderness for 24–48 hours. Color appears darker for 7–14 days while your skin heals, then lightens significantly to reveal the true result. Full healing takes 4–6 weeks. Your perfecting touch-up at 4–12 weeks refines color and shape once the skin has fully settled.
Brows and lips typically last 1–3 years depending on skin type, lifestyle, and sun exposure. Oily skin and high sun exposure may fade faster. A color refresh every 12–18 months keeps your result looking its best. Eyeliner can last longer.
It is a separate perfecting appointment, normally considered 4–12 weeks after the prior session, that lets us see how your skin actually healed and refine shape, density, or color where it would help. It is not automatically necessary for every client. Some clients retain pigment evenly and are happy after the initial service, while others benefit from a small adjustment. Your artist evaluates the fully healed result before recommending it. Billed separately at $190.
Yes, natural results are the foundation of our work. We choose pigment tones suited to your coloring, design shapes that complement your bone structure, and use techniques that integrate with what you already have. Many clients' friends can't tell the difference, they just notice they look more rested and put-together.

Who it's for
Absolutely, many of our clients are moms who simply want to look put-together without the daily effort. Wake up with brows and lips already done, skip the mirror, and get on with your day. It's one of the most practical investments you can make in yourself.
Yes. Sparse brows, whether from over-plucking, aging, alopecia, or other causes, are one of the most common reasons clients come to us. We design a shape that works with your natural bone structure and the hair you have, creating a full-looking result from scratch if needed.
Yes, we offer Dark Lip Neutralization specifically for this. This technique corrects discoloration before applying your desired color, giving you an even, beautiful lip result that would otherwise be impossible with standard lip blush alone. It typically requires more than one session.
No, permanent makeup is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. This is a standard contraindication across the industry. We're happy to book you after you're done nursing.
